A short half-day team intervention with the intention to optimize the cooperation and give the team an energy boost. Both the head office in Amsterdam and the office in London embraced the day with great enthusiasm.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n At a large international organization where many nationalities work together and changes take place at a fast pace, a team got stuck. We were asked to coach the team.
