Management drives<\/h1>\n

By knowing each other’s strengths, you can grow together. The Management Drives methodology measures and makes clear what motivates a team and\/or a person. Management Drives thus offers a common language for enabling dialogue about behaviour and making use of the strengths of the team and each individual. Management Drives uses an accessible language using six colours, uniquely represented in a matrix. Each colour represents a style of leadership or organizational culture.<\/p>\n

Working with management Drives offers concrete tools in approaching issues in the areas of personal leadership, team performance and organizational development. The power of the colour matrix lies in the fact that the “colours in the matrix” are used to indicate motives and behaviour, but also to indicate a phase in organizational development and to interpret a culture.<\/p>\n

Completing a 20-minute online questionnaire that identifies the motives of people in a working environment forms the basis. The outcome is reflected in a personal profile with 6 colours. There is always an individual feedback to discuss the results. The MBTI\u00ae (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) maps out personality types and creates a strong basis for lifelong personal development and growth. It provides a constructive and flexible framework for understanding individual motives and interaction within a group.<\/p>\n

          The nine Team roles of Belbin<\/h1>\n

          Belbin provides insights into your own preferred way of working and the preferences of your colleagues. Answering questions like \u201chow to make optimal use of the different preferences within the team?\u201d, is essential for a successful collaboration!<\/p>\n

          The Belbin Team Roles describe the behaviour we can recognize when we work together with others and the associated talents and pitfalls. Belbin is mainly focused on optimizing collaboration in teams.<\/p>\n

          On the basis of a questionnaire, an individual profile emerges that, in combination with the other individual profiles, gives an idea of \u200b\u200bthe distribution of the preferential roles within the team. Every team role is actually a strategy in dealing with work and with colleagues.<\/p>\n

          For teams, the team roles are the instrument to successfully combine the different styles of collaboration.<\/p>\n

          There is no hierarchy in roles. The identification of Belbin’s team roles works to realize that all roles deliver an equally important unique contribution to the team.
